85cc -Supermini class

In response to the new breed of 150cc fourstroke minis and to address the annual complaints from mini parents reagrding big wheel/modded 85cc minis, we have added a supermini class to this year motocross program. The rules for this class are as follows:

A Supermini is defined as the following:

1. Any 2 stroke 85cc(stock bore) up to118cc with a 19" front wheel and a 16" rear wheel.
2. Any 85cc two stroke with “small wheels” and a modded engine displacing more than 85cc (stock).
3. Any 150cc 4 stroke regardless of wheel size.

There will be no skill level separation in the Supermini class!

Basically the 85cc skill level classes are reserved for stock bore/stroke small wheel 85cc motorcycles. Aftermarket pipes etc. are allowed.

In the event a protest is lodged in the 85cc skill level classes, regarding a modded motor, we may conduct a tear down of the suspect motor and measure the bore & stroke. If your running amdded motor, you belong in the supermini class.
